Return Process

  Log in to your MiOT account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the device back in its original manufacturer box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
